News and Updates
Our tournament last Sunday went very well, we came into the pool ranked 1st and finished 1st. We ran a 6-2 for the first time and I think we will continue it. Our first and second match we won comfortably. The girls did a good job closing out the games and not playing down to their competition. I challenged the girls to run a more complex offense and they are starting to and are starting to run quicks in the middle but still have a ways to go until they are confident in it. The girls did really well, the main thing we have to work on is being positive and confident when things aren't going our way, so our 3 game match was a good learning experience.

Alex
played high school and juniors in New Jersey for Warren Six Pack Volleyball
Club. He was first team all state and won two straight state championships in
high school. He finished 2nd of the east coast with Warren Six Pack Volleyball
Club. He attended the University of Rhode Island and played club volleyball
there for 4 years. Alex is also an avid beach volleyball player. He has run
volleyball programs for inner city youth while in New Jersey. He has coached
junior boys, both 14s and 17s at two nationals as well as east coast
championships.
