Welcome to the Channel Islands Volleyball Club! Our 2008 girls’ volleyball season will be under way soon. The fees for this season will be as follows:

Regular Season fees include:

* A uniform consisting of 2 Jerseys, 1 pair spandex, warm-ups and backpack
* USVBA and SCVA Dues
* Tournament entry fees for 10 regular SCVA tournaments
* Gym Fees, coaches’ salaries, equipment costs, and administrative costs

17s & 18s Tournament Schedule: Jan 27; Feb 3; Mar 2, 15 or 16; Apr 20; May 4, 17 May 31 & June 1

17s & 18s Teams - This year our 18-1 & 17-1 Teams will be going to the Las Vegas Invitational, February 16-19, 2008; and they will attend the Reno Volleyball Festival, June 28 – July 4, 2008. If your daughter is chosen for one of these teams, these tournaments are part of the commitment of this team. They are mandatory.

PARENTS AND PLAYERS ORIENTATION NIGHT

There will be a mandatory parents and players orientation night held at To Be Announced. During this meeting you will be introduced to the coaches and staff of CIVC, learn about our organization, complete any missing paperwork, and provide your first payment. Your attendance and payment at this meeting is mandatory in order to reserve a spot on the team selected to.

PAYMENT

There is always the option of paying the season fees all at once (this does save time and bookkeeping) however, we do offer a Payment Plan Option. It is as follows:

18-1 & 17-1
$500 Due at orientation meeting
$390 Due January 1st
$390 Due February 1st
$390 Due March 1st
$390 Due April 1st
$390 Due May 1st

If you are behind on your payments your daughter will not be permitted to participate until payment or arrangements have been made with the CIVC office. Please note, by accepting a position in our club for your daughter, you are accepting responsibility for payment of the entire fee, whether your daughter completes the season or not, for whatever reason. There are no refunds.
