Volleyball Festival Families: If your planning on attending the festival you need to make your own reservations.  The club has reserved rooms for players, coaches and chaperones only, however, the hotel has set aside a block of rooms for families. 

To reserve your own room please contact a Housing Coordinator at (888) 390-5003 to complete your reservation. Housing coordinators are available M-F, 8am-midnight and Sat 9am-5pm, EST.  Please refer to rooms at the Holiday Inn and Suites Phoenix Airport North on 44th from 6/21-6/27. 

We will travel to the festival via chaperones vehicles on Tuesday morning June 21.  We will have a pool party, bbq and movie by the pool that night we arrive.  On Wednesday the chaperones and coaches will attend their respective training classes, players will have a practice, and we will attend Opening Ceremonies.  Play starts on Thursday and continues thru Monday.  The 12s play concludes on Sunday and they may leave late Sunday or Monday morning.  All other teams play thru Monday and will depart for home at the conclusion of their matches.  If you have any questions please see your teams chaperones.

Volleyball Festival will be held in Phoenix, AZ, Tuesday, June 21 thru Monday, June 27, 2011.

12s and 13s teams will be done at the festival on Sunday, June 26, 2011.
